$20 cleaning fee for a “shower curtain” which was actually a folded up plastic moving sheet.; when there was a pile of mud already in the uHaul when I picked it up. So renting a dirty trailer with mud in it which got all over my mattresses, but then charging ME the cleaning fee when they obviously fail to clean their own vehicles. Absolutely ridiculous to be nickel and dimed like this. Won’t be using uHaul again for my move which I’ll be doing here in the next month.

I rented a trailer on Friday 1/20/18 and it was due back on Sunday 1/21/18 by 8am. Upon renting I asked if I was done early could I return trailer. The lady told me yes; just leave my contract in the drop box. We finished early and returned the trailer Saturday evening around 7:30pm and left the contract in the box just like I was told. Today I checked my email and got my invoice for my rental. I was charged an extra day. I tried to call and ask questions and had a manager return my call. The manager (I believe his name was Mike) was not very friendly from the start. I was trying to ask questions and he basically wanted to yell at me and tell me once the invoice is submitted they can’t do anything about it. I understood that part but had questions as to why his store didn’t check my rental back in on Sunday morning as I was told would happen. He got loud with me and I let him know I was just trying to figure out what happened and to see if I would be able to get surveillance footage if I needed it. I told him I had not completed my review and looked forward to letting it be known how awful his customer service was. He was totally unprofessional. My daughter is moving in March and we were planning on getting a rental trailer again for that; but I will make sure it’s not from that location or maybe another truck rental company all together if this isn’t resolved. I did call customer service and have a reference ID # 1677017.

After hours drop off is very convenient. However, with a very heavy trailer it requires a jack. Dealing with that issue is not fun in the middle of the night.

Horrible customer service. Rude employee overcharged me (billed for things I didn't use), didn't offer a receipt, and told me if I want the info on what was charged call the 1 800 number.

Uhaul ripped me off... Gave me one price online... Then when I went to pick it up it was another price... Then I got an email charging me for gas but I have a receipt showing that I filled the tank before I returned the truck.

I reserved trailer at one location, was emailed to pick up at different location. They should have made sure was at the location I requested. And sending the change 1 day before I was to pick it up was NOT enough time.

I did not realize that upon reserving a truck, it could be reserved or picked up elsewhere. Though a phone message indicated that the site of pickup had changed, I did not know that change took place until I attempted to pick up the vehicle at the original site where I reserved it.

Only issue was that I had to wait to long to turn in the truck especially the issue we had with not able to back up the truck to the apartment complex.

The truck was full of hair. It seemed someone cut their hair in the truck. There was not a dolly available for my move and the manager still added it to my bill. I was not asked about insurance, but I was charged for it. Although, the store worker successfully removed both charges upon my return I will not use this location again. Also, I waited a considerable length of time to complete my truck rental process because the representative did not seemed experience on the operation of the computer.

Explained when I picked up vehicle I needed for 2 days and would pay cash for all charges. Was told no problem, I was given an estimate that said no charge at this time. When returning vehicle My credit card had already been charged more than my quote was even though estimated mileage was less. The representative had a bad attitude, and stated it wasn't her problem it was u hauls and could not reverse charges and allow me to pay cash. One employee said I had not been charged and could pay cash but obviously my card was charged. Will never use them again unless something is done to rectify this bad issue
