Hard to find. Hard to drop off as there is very little space. Fenced in location on street drop off only. Customer service was really great!!

Larisha GYour gates need to be open to park the uhaul trucks and trailers in so customers don't have to park them on the street!!!!
Lisa JAce Hardware delayed the pick up stating that the rental was not paid for when it was paid in full in advance. Insisted that my brother supply a card for pick up. He refused multiple times. Then manipulated him into giving his card to take the rental out and then was charged $39. I had to call back to the store and speak to 3 different workers to get the charge reversed.
