They told me there was more gas 8n the vehicle then there really was. Then the way I was questioned about putting gas in the vehicle when I came back. I told them that there wasn't as much gas in the vehicle as originally told and both ladies looked at me in shock that I would say that. "Did you dispute it? Oh we'll check that" this is how you get people for extra money

The gas gauge wasn't accurate and I paid for a dolly and blankets but there were none. I expect a refund for those items.
This is now the 2nd time I have rented a truck from U-Haul and found the reserved dolly and blankets were not available! I had to drive to another location to pick up the items. The pick-up location made no effort to have the items ready and were happy to send me elsewhere, even after U-Haul “guaranteed “ all would be ready!

The side door ...second door didn't open and I was very upset at the fact that I couldn't drive up and do exactly the reason why I bought the van
