KEEP CUSTOMER INFORMATION ON FILE UNDER "PROFILE" for FUTURE rentals! EVERY TIME, you have to DOWNLOAD the license (front & back), the location & a picture of self, then WAIT 4 approval. That is SO time consuming & inconvenient! I don't understand WHY this information has to be uploaded EVERY TIME! If I login, then my info should already BE there just like the REST of the info under my profile...CRAZY!!

Please enable the photo upload button so people can upload picture of the actual mileage and condition of the vehicle before renting. I rented a truck the mileage was 1 more than what it was indicated in the odometer.
Ensure that the system for book reservations works properly to avoid any form of delay.
There was a light on on the dashboard...didn't understand what it meant. Also I submitted copies of license, front/back, then had to do it all again when I got there. This is the 2nd time in the 3 times I've rented from there. What's the purpose of doing it from home online thn having to do it AGAIN when picking up the rental?!
I received no info on the fact that I wasnt DONE reserving the truck, until I got there. The point about loading copies of your license & face pic, thn upon returning ALL the pics required before dropping keys off. Thats6too much. It was MUCH simpler back in the day. Maybe it was because the location I went to WAS NOT an actual "Uhaul dealer", I don't know! Not time efficient.
The cashier attitude was less than stellar not trying to get anyone in trouble.. but less attitude smile would not hurt and accommodating would help not well it is what it is attitude like the patron was getting on her nerves the gentlemen I had a few days prior at this same location awesome her not so much but ty anyways..
We did the mobile drop off and did not interact with anyone.

They need to be more friendly and explained detail to customer. They just charged after hour service fee without explanation and I see the receipt and went store about this and the manager so rude and not help us. name is Jawana Head preperty manager. locate 5425 N. Fry road Katy tx 77449.
The truck was clean but the cigarette smoke was very strong and overwhelming. Since I had allergies, I had to keep the windows rolled just to be able to get some relief. If I wasn't on a time schedule and headed directly to my scheduled appt I would have asked for another truck if it was available. I would recommend that trucks be clear of that type of environment before leasing to the next person. For me it flared up allergies for a person with asthma it could have been worse. The location and the sales person was great.

The gentleman that helped us was excellent. He was very knowledgeable when it got down to what equipment we would need. He knows how to talk with the customer and he knows how to make the customer feel like he/she made a good choice in choosing U-Haul. Thank you.

I never requested for insurance coverage but when I saw my final bill it had it on there , please remove coverage cos I never needed it and kindly reimburse me

I didn't see or feel there was anything to improve from such a pleasant experience.
Get employees that really do care about their customers. the vehicle was in horrible shape it had no light on the dashboard at night. headlights needed to be cleaned or changed.
These guys charged my card $94 without my consent and without calling or emailing me. Everything was returned in proper fashion.
The lady that assisted me was extremely personable, pleasantly helpful and knowledgeable of the products. She got me in and out super fast!
