The guy at postal experts gave us the worst experience I've ever had in my life. He assured me the vehicle was clean, gave me the keys, I walked around the building to see that the van was filthy inside and out. I made videos since he did not want to come outside; He snatched the Keys out of the van and told me that he would just give me a refund and refused to let me use the van or the clean one that he said wasn't available. I told him that someone was waiting on me and he proceeded to tell me it wasn't his problem. I then had to find a location and pay an extra $150 to the customer that was waiting on me to bring the van. He even lied to his boss â€œChrisâ€ disappointingly his boss believed his lies instead of trying to hear me out, the worker kept talking over me, and cursing. It was horrible. I was there for almost two hours because he acted like he couldn't refund my money, and he was the one forcing a refund that cost me money. It was horrible, and I have it in video.

We waited over (15) minutes before the store associate arrived to open the location. No customer service skills. He did not even say, â€œGood Morningâ€ or â€œHow are you?â€ He had absolutely (no) manners at all. **Never again.
I was there for my reservation on time however the employee was not at work on time and cause me to not get my rental until 50 minutes later than scheduled time. Which caused me to have to pay the movers additional pay. I will never use this location again due to this incident. I am still waiting on a manager to contact me because I made them aware of this situation. I do feel that there should be some type of compensation.
I returned the car at 8:45 yesterday. However, it was recorded as 9:15, and an additional $20 fee was incurred. I don't think this is justified. Please take action. The fatal thing is, in U-Hual The 15-feet truck arriving at 5 o'clock arrived at 6:30, so I rented a small car and took an additional 2 hours to use the helpers. I am terribly unpleasant with your service.
The agent mischievously added LDW to the contract which I had declined when I made the booking. Also upon return he did not close the return immediately, saying he would do that later. During that period 5 miles were added to the rental. FUTURE CUSTOMERS: JUST BEWARE OF THE MALPRACTICE AT THIS LOCATION!!
The location did not have the furniture pads even though I had ordered 2 dozen in my reservation. After picking up the truck we had to drive to another U-Haul location to pick them up. The individual at this location did not provide any info on the truck that you woiuld expect when renting a vehicle. Important info like the fuel level, whether we have to refill the fuel, how the tolls work were not covered.
the person who serves the public is not nice to people, and the van was dirty, without windshield fluid and a tire was short of air
This is the 2nd place I went to today. First place was closed and no truck in sight. At this place, the oil light was flashing and the oil gauge was on empty. It was the only truck they had. Completely wasted my plans for the weekend. 2 thumbs down U-Haul.
Appliance dolly was not available so i had to drive to another location to pick it up.
Pay Attention to Details - Truck not cleaned out, equipment missing, facility closed when supposed to be open..

The employee told us, when I called him a week ahead of time, to book the truck on the UHaul app. I told him the date I was coming. when we arrived, the app said we needed to go inside the store but the employee was 35 minutes late. He did not apologize and we ended up not getting our truck until 9:30 instead of 8:30 and then we got charged an extra day. For some reason the system said we had to return it at 2:30???? I'm highly dissatisfied.
Very unfriendly. I was treated like I wasn't needed around. The body language and overall mannerism showed. Even my 13 year old observed the same thing and after we left he asked said to me: Dad, why was the man so mean?
First they gave the truck 2 hours late because their system wasn't working. Because of this the guy who was helping me said that because of the delay he adjusted my return time to 24hrs, which he didn't. Then after 6hrs they start sending messages because I had to return the truck so I had to spend 1 hour on the phone to fix their mess. Don't go to this location!!! Is a mess!!!

Drop off was not communicated, by the vendor. Was only told to have the truck back by 11pm and leave the keys in the dropbox. There was no mention of logging out online. Dropped the vehicle off at 6:45pm, which was well before the 11pm cur off and was charged additional $20 the next day for not logging the return online.
When I received the truck, the cargo area was not 100% clean. It has some dirt and dust on the floor. The guy from the counter told me I could use it that way and return it in the same condition. I just used it to load two pieces of furniture so the dirt did not affect me. But other customers may find inconvenient the small but significant amount of dirt.
I received a bill today for 3 days. I only had it two. I asked for 12 hours. I returned when I was supposed to and was chArged a after hours servive fee. It was returned before 4pm like it was suppose to be
The lady didn't know the program, she had to call somebody who did the transaction remotely, the whole process took almost two hours split in two different sessions. The problem was that she tried to pull the blame on me.
The owner is extremely disorganized. Kept on pulling up a different contract other than mine because It had the same last name had to explain her multiple times that that's not my contract same last name but different contract. Returning the van it was equally as painful. The employee /owner that I dealt with needs to retrained on How to register a customer into the system as well as the overall return process
Lady couldn't find our reservation & had a hard time with checking us out. She didn't see that we wanted 6 furniture pads. After we returned the key, she said we had to go back to van & take a picture of the mileage & inside of van then text them to her personal phone. Van was fine. Overall, bad experience.

Everything was good. The gentleman that checked the van out for me was very nice. The 24/7 check in is very easy and convenient.
We have been renting with uhaul for some time and unfortunately this would be the first time we would be facing any problems!! we returned the truck as we told the agent we would return, yet we were charged for additional day!! we cleaned the truck, although it wasn't dirty, it was used for a few short hours, and yet we were charged "cleaning fee"!! we did NOT use ANY of the equipments! and yet we were charged!! a simple interaction turned into this erroneous and expensive ordeal!! I will appreciate someone look into this and help resolve this false charges!! we usually rent from the other location and NEVER had this issue!!
