The front of the trailer leaked I the seams. The trailer while only half full felt like it towed loaded to the max. We had packed as the instructions had directed. When we dropped it off the rep said they shouldn't have given us the trailer. The trailer brakes seem to not be working properly.

I know u can't do much about it but the drop off spot for most people is not easy. Inhad no issue with it but alot of inexperienced drivers might consider it challenging. Otherwise rest of thw store seemed to be a normal uhaul operation.

Train your employees better. Check in I did not get one smile, until I went to leave and that was after it took 47 minutes to check out. Then they made a mistake with our Reserv and called Sat am twice to leave very cold, rude voice messages and could only point the finger to someone else. Train better, Smile, maybe the customer will come back with great service and not be so upset at mistakes. Bottom line, mistake was on you and the staff could only say, sorry, it was someone else! Be a U-Haul Rep. and take one for the team and retain good clients. Also it is very rude of them to say (Are you going to bring my trailer back to me), when in fact it is a U-Hail location and if they want it to be theirs, then do not offer one way rentals and keep you cold attitude, we are done with using U-hail at this location. Never get this at Westminster or Bennington locations, they are always really nice. Bad experience for the 3rd time now at this Keene, NH , so we gave it out best shot.

It would have been helpful to have the dashboard lights adjusted properly so I could verify the mileage. It was blank when the headlights were on.

When UHaul decides to change the location of the pickup and drop off, There should be some kind of credit fir the inconvenience which in this case was substantial. I hope I don't have a need for UHaul in the future

Place was just rude i didn't want to rent there because it was 20 miles out of my way and i didn't think i should have paid for all those miles and they simply said you have to but if you don't like it go somewhere else then they were trying to force the insurance on me and when i said no get it off he stated that if it comes back with so much as one dent you better be ready to pay 40 thousand for the truck.....i have never been treated like this and if there was any other rental company i would have gone there

We got conflicting and incomplete information about rental paperwork prior to compared with during rental. We explained that the rental is a company rental, and that one person would pick up the van (and therefore be a secondary driver) while the other person was almost certainly going to be the primary driver. The rental reservation was made in the latter's name. Since the former was doing the pickup, we were told to be prepared to provide a driver's license. We brought a copy of the primary driver's driver's license. A third person had made all the arrangements. When the van was picked up, we were made to feel like we had made mistakes and that everything had to be redone. Rather than taking a copy of the primary driver's license, we learned that "anyone can drive the van" (which seems a bit loose). Further, when I got in the van, there was a big cardboard sign in the windshield. When I brought it inside, I was told that I should keep it in the van. There was no apology for the inconvenience, nor a bend-over-backward to accommodate me. The rep went out to the van and stuffed it behind the passenger seat. Again, I felt like I must have made a mistake and had inconvenienced the employee. On the return side, we experienced an error on the calculation of rental charges. We returned it on Saturday night (7:15 PM), but it was processed at 9:42 AM on Sunday, resulting in an additional day. This was corrected quickly and by the rep taking full responsibility (well done; much appreciated) but to get an excellent you need to avoid errors that cause us additional effort and time. None of the experiences were bad, and much was very good. The van was a really good vehicle.

I got charged for an extra day, when I actually had the truck back in plenty of time, but they didn't come out to check my truck in, which I was waiting for them to do, and then, when I went inside to talk with the employee at the computer, I had to wait while two customers in front of me got waited on, and then they recorded my drop-off time as 20 minutes after the contracted time. They also charged me for 2 days of utility dolly use, when I did not use it at all (never broke the seal).

Bryan Brooks, I think he was the manager, was amazing! His customer service exceeded my expectations. He was knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. He really made me feel welcomed and appreciated and made me want to continue to be a customer.
