The employees here didn't not seem to know what they were doing. I had ordered a dolly with my truck, which I was charged for and it was not in the truck for me. The truck was parked between another vehicle and a dumpster which needed to be moved out of the way, did not receive any help from the employee.
David M.Truck was not cleaned from the prior customer. The queen size mattress bag I requested to be in the truck for pick up was not in the truck nor was it available at the counter.
Kayla N.This was the hardest way to pick up a truck took us over an hour to get access had to call and wait on hold, and was not helpful. Paid for time I didn't use. Very inefficient and would not do again from this location.
Hayley C.If a booking is made with specific equipment, the equipment should be checked so that is actually in the vehicle. While we pay per km for mileage I don't think it is appropriate for the customer to put gas in the vehicle so that we don't run out. I don't think the vehicle is in any condition to be used properly. The engine light was on the whole time, the truck did not accelerate properly, there was a burning smell of either brakes or transmission. Overall the truck was in poor driving condition.
