For some reason my order didn't come up when associate used my name or phone number but did appear using my reservation code. I was anticipating using the mobile app but like my rental last month that didn't seem to work. Otherwise things went fine. They have no parking for your car if you plan to leave it behind. There's street parking behind them on 181st.

Nick, the General Manager is awesome! He ALWAYS treats me like a King! The other employees just treat you like you are a number. The after hours check in system is a joke. The truck I was given was worn out & it sounded like the rear end was going out. It is tough enough to check in when you bring the vehicle back - when the store is open. I guess I keep coming back because of Nick.

I pulled in 1 minute after 5pm, the closing time. All 3 employees were there but they could not check me in and told me to use the web check-in. Yet they did ask me to park the trailer in a specific spot for them. Very disappointing that they could not spend 5 minutes to check me in.


This location managed really well, Nick was very helpful even though one of my rents came as emergency. Thank you for making my move less stressful! Alex.-

The lot needs clearer signage I guess. Nothing you guys are doing but it's a royal pain getting through the lot with the other customers going the wrong way down the one way. So maybe make it clearer for the ones that probably shouldn't be driving in the first place?

Person staffing the desk WAS NOT WEARING A MASK despite a WA state order that all employees wear a mask. When I asked him to "do me a favor and put on a mask?" he sighed and gave me some attitude about it. Similar experience when I returned the truck. The other employees there were all either wearing masks under their chins or under their noses. What is wrong with you that your employees can't wear a mask to protect others. I can rent trucks from Enterprise and Ryder in this area and next time I will do so. I'm done with UHaul!!! You are jerks!

Our original rental went very bad, not this one at Kenmore. Kenmore was awesome, but we had a situation at the mini mart where we first rented the truck.

Added a day to the rental as a precaution since we had snow conditions in the mountains and did not want to risky driving in the snow in unsafe conditions. However, snow conditions improved and I was able to get the truck back two days early but was told I could not be refunded for unused days. Very disappointed with this policy. Probably would prevent my from choosing U-Haul for future rental needs.

I scheduled weeks in advance and still had to wait an hour for the covered trailer I reserved to be returned. The other client knew There was a reservation at five And was still late. There should be compensation for those of us forced us to wait paid for by those who were late. The people at the location were very helpful but we're following U-Haul procedures with no repercussions for someone being late.

The person who checked us out was the rudest most abrasive person I have ever dealt with. I spoke with Customer Service and confirmed the details of the rental prior to arriving at the center. I was quoted the price, miles and days. When he went over the contract they didn't match up. At this point he was already very rude and combative. I went to call the Customer service back to see where the miscommunication was and he went off on me. He said he didn't care what they said," This was his center and he was in charge". He also said he was tired of people "going over his head". He said they (Customer service) have no idea what they are doing and have no power here. He was a real jerk. He spoke down to me and frankly scared me. My partner almost stepped in but we needed the truck and didn't have a choice to go elsewhere. He was so offensive that I didn't get his name but his shirt said General manager and his name tag said Owner. I think his name started with a C. When I shared my experience with a friend he said that that guy with the ponytail (same guy) was a complete ass to him a week ago when he rented a motorcycle trailer. If he is indeed the owner you should really train them better. He is a representative of U-Haul and a brand ambassador. I was completely shocked that he spoke to us so abrupt and aggressively. I have never had such an experience and hope I never will.
