It all started with Uhaul booking me a trailer that was not available at my original pick up location in Twin Falls. I was given an option to pick up a trailer thats in Kimberly, ID. I was ready for pick up at 3:30pm. Got to kimberly rpund 4pm n had to wait there for 15 min bcuz the store was closed when i arrived. I had to call a number on the door and wait for someone to show up. I got out of there at 4:48pm. The redundancy when booking it is ridiculous. It always is w U-haul. Why take all my info over the phone only to give it again to the store clerk all over again. I rented it out for 24hrs and they wanted it back the next day at 4pm. I dropped it off bout 3:00pm, no one was there.
