The drop off location is probably one of the best I've ever had. Professional, friendly, efficient, and overall a very pleasant experience.

The only issue I had was taking the photos for the return as it's quite tight, but getting back in the dark I'm sure was a factor as well. Wasn't able to get a great photo on the drivers side, but as long as there aren't any issues his to go!

Santosh V.Check engine light was on at pick up. Lock box lock was difficult to work . Ordered handtruck- and was billed for handtruck rental but there was NO HANDTRUCK. Still have not rec'd credit back for handtruck rental after phone call w/ U-Haul customer service and email to location. Location was not secure. We were surrounded by 3-4 men on motorcycles doing wheelies and racing in parking lot w/ copious ants of alcohol present. Frankly it was disconcerting and dangerous.
Audrey H.I don't understand why there would be an extra charge to drop the trailer off at my location U-Haul location which is less than 5 minutes from my home. (Rt 1 & Rt 3, Havertown). Very inconvenient to say the least. I then tried calling & spent 15 minutes on hold with no one picking up to ask about this issue. The original location, Knox was great with, they also did not understand the extra charge..Seems like price gouging to me!
