I booked the truck for 10:30, and it was not ready upon arrival. The truck was disgusting and in dire need of cleaning and sanitation.

The owner called to yell at me saying no contract had been completed and he would get the police involved and that I was arguing with him when I was explaining I didn't understand how I didn't have one when I did everything I possibly could do online to pick up the truck, I put in Everything online that he was asking for and that I was concerned about credit card fraud when his phone number didn't come up as a business or as uhaul. That is never how you speak to a customer

We reserved our uhaul prior and I even did the pre check in by submitting my drivers licence. When we arrived at the pickup place they had no record of our reservation nor did they even have the vehicle we needed and we had to go with larger truck than wanted. This delay in having to go through all new check in caused us to be late to meet the movers, costing us an extra hours worth of their time.

I rented a truck from Kingston not a different city

Nothing wrong with the place, other than not exactly friendly. My issue is that I reserved a truck in Kingston (Princess st) and had to drive all the way past Enterprise to get this truck!!! Cost us $20 in gas that it shouldn't have in driving back to town and then back out again. Considering we moved 4 streets over it seems excessive. I get month end is busy but the whole thing was not handled well from start to finish. Can't imagin using U-haul again.

I ordered a 26 foot from napanee. They at the last minute could not get one but found one on Taylor Kidd Blvd in mill haven. Well I picked it up. He said it was 26 Feet. I don't know by looking at them. The movers I hired were waiting. I got to the home. They said this is twenty feet. It was. This resulted in two trips. Twice the cost. Twice the gas. There was no dolly no blankets this I had to rent a dolly today. I paid an additional three hundred and fifty dollars in wages gas. Renting a dolly I was charged for that even after u told them. I would expect a reimbursement. I have rented many times from u haul. This was deplorable

We have dealt with this location a couple of times now - both for truck rental and storage needs and find the service excellent - very professional. Will definitely use it again in the future for any moving or storage needs.

Our Uhaul was covered in dirt and ants inside. We were not given a walk around. We have pictures to prove this. Unfortunately, we had to drive over an hour to pick it up so we were an hour away when we got home and noticed.

Trailer had one tire that kept losing air. I was under strict timelines in meeting the wolfe Island ferry schedule, so filling the tire was a major inconvenience and not always possible. It made it difficult to manoeuvre as it dragged when backing into loading / unloading areas. It probably also contributed to the poorer handling and braking as well as the marked decrease in fuel economy I experienced, not to mention the extra wear and tear on my vehicle. The tire had been marked with a white “Tâ€, so I figure it had some kind of issue that uhaul was aware of.
