this pick up point was not the issue. the fact that uhaul did NOT have a truck where i needed to pick it up from and had to do an hour of running around and travel before even picking up the truck. i should Not have had to make multiple phone calls nor make trips to two different cities. Then to get hit with mileage that was out of my control, because your company did not have a truck closer even with two weeks notice! if i could score uhaul itself with a 0 that is what id do/ no wonder you make so much money...you rip people off.

Lamar JWe did have a little trouble finding the after hours box with the key. We could have used some information on which building. We were looking around the building where the drop off box was. The pickup box was on a different building. The truck was spotless!
