I would highly recommend that this location install a drop box for after hours returns - especially during this time of c-19. There was no indication that the location did not have a drop box which created an inconvenience.

truck had steering problems otherwise it was decent.The owner at sheas showed up even though he was closed. he helped us get your stupid computer problems sorted out...... your online program is GARBAGE and did not nor could not work

Attended to return the unit and nobody around. Spoke to the staff and theyvwerebunawarebofbhowbro complete the return of the unit. They called the owner and no answer. After about 20min I just left the keys with them and left; long day and didn't want to wait any longer to return. The unit

No signage as to indicate where to go. Had to go in through a restaurant.. Staff on site was cheerful but did not know how to work the system. I 10 minute pickup took almost an hour.
