JAMES HThis rating is for the original location that I reserved first: Furniture Decor & More @ 212 N High St, Cortland, OH 44410. First off, the tire on the cargo trailer that I had reserved was bubbling in several spots and could see the steel cords sticking out in several large patches of the tire. Inside the cargo trailer was absolutely disgusting as well. Clearly there had been no inspection done, and I told the lady this trailer was unacceptable to even drive 5 miles down the road, let alone 2,000 miles across the country, hence the reason for this reservation. The lady apologized and told me that I had to drive to a different location and offered me a discount. Unfortunately, they charged me full price on my final receipt, and I was hoping they would keep their word and compensate me. I've enjoyed paying and using Uhaul as a service, but Furniture Decor & More should not be allowed to service Uhauls. The second location for pick up was fine. Thankfully, everything was in good shape and left with no trouble.
