Reservation was changed to this location by u-haul. Pick up time was confirmed for 8 am. I arrived at 7:30. 8 o'clock comes and no one is at the location. Waited for 15 minutes and no one showed up. Called support and they said the location doesn't open until 9, got put on hold for 45 minutes with no resolution. I specifically set my reservation for as early as time as possible because I had places to be at specific times, and you guys screwed me.

Offered no assistance in return. Said park it there, and never interacted with me. Returned during business hours.
Todd NThis was just an unstaffed lot. The U haul customer service rep on the phone was excellent.
PHILIP LNobody was there during normal business hours and there was no indication of business hours on the door. I had to just drop it off. They did send an email receipt later on.
