I put $10 of gas into the uhaul to replace what I used and was charged $12.06 extra for additional gas. This is quite dishonest since I put more gas in than I used.

Truck was clean and the staff freidnly and efficient - no problem there. However there was so much "play" on the loose steering on the truck it was not a good experience to drive.

Location owner threw in the dollies for free. One appliance dolly, and one normal dolly. The appliance dolly was covered in dust. I shouldn't complain though because it was free. The inside of the truck windshield was covered in some sort of splattered liquid. The outside covered in bug guts. Would have been nice if they cleaned it. I get that U-Haul of Kirkland is the busiest in the state but the facility is terrible. Great location but it's so small and cramped. You can only make a right out of the lot. Help the owner expand. He works hard.

When you charge for a day you must allow a customer to keep the truck for a day. You people give a deadline of 4 hours which is totally unfair and ripping customers off, if that is a discount must be given.

I ordered the rig online, and when i went there it wasn't available. I was told to go into the building but even though the hours listed were 7am - no one was there. There was a frantic rush by the store to get someone there but that didn't occur until 8. I will say that once the store opened they were quick I was out at 8:11am.

When searching through U-haul web-site, it did not include another close location that has more trailers than this Kirkland location which has mostly trucks. When I asked about trailer availability the worker indicated that an alternate sie down the street had trailers.

The reason I'm a satisfied customer is due to the gal who helped me. I was very upset because there was a miscommunication. She apologized, stayed calm, and got me through the process .

I used your website to reserve the truck, and found it worked moderately well. However, there were a number of glitches that were irritating at best: 1) I tried 5 times to upload my licensees images (iPad) and they never “stuck”. 2) I d9nt th8nk c9mpletion of the form should be dependent upon typing in addresses multiple times; there should be better “auto-fill” 3) the check in system at the store was running poorly; similar issue with my DL, and signature panel. The workers there should not have to apologize because “ our system is slow all the time”. Not good for business. 4) I’d also suggest s better pre-rent walk-around protocol checklist. As someone experienced in rentals, I did my own walk-around and pictures, someone else may not think of that. Thanks for asking.

Right after i paid somehow I dropped my wallet at the store. I left and came back. They didn't re-run the tape(s) to see who picked it up. Someone who works there found and kept my wallet for themselves.

The location I booked to was out of business but was still listed online, I had to call and wait hours to speak to a customer agent, the first one was not at all help full. the second one was quite good. i had to visit multiple locations as a result of this and am very upset that I had to go through this and wasted hours of my day and also had to pay much more as the new location was far away. UPDATE YOU SITE TO REFLECT CLOSED LOCATIONS !!!

Called the store prior 3 4 days was told no cargo van went online and was able to book no problem the cargo van came in right at the time when I needed to pick it up took about 20 minutes just stood to the side and waited to pick it up was dirty inside looks like somebody smoked , did show it to the stuff they said don't worry about it you're not going to be charged they didn't wipe it or nothing I have allergies so was not pleasant the drive-in it on a hot day. The place is way too busy and it looks like they're more interested in helping people fixing cars the only very helpful person is the older gentleman

The ID scanner wasn't working. That delayed the check-in. Also, traffic around that corner is very busy. It might be good if you could open up the back lot for returns.
