The owner went and picked up a car hauler from a long distance way to make sure I had one because there was no ones available in Knoxville. For for someone to do that I think is excellent. Je les recommande fortement.

Well it’s just a drop off lot so that’s the only reason it’s not great. HOWEVER- I locked my cellphone in the truck and the local U-Haul agent for Knoxville picked up the phone promptly and helped me get my phone. He rocked!
Wendy BI used the self service return option on my phone, which was quick and easy to navigate. The instructions were simple and clear, and the drop box for returning the truck keys was in a very visible, but secure, location. I’ll definitely be recommending U-Haul to my friends and family.
