When I went to pick it up the person running the location didn't know how to do any of the stuff for the truck. Very rude and acted like it was an inconvenience for them to help me with it. I had a helper with me to pick up the vehicle with the Uhaul and the problems I had put me two hours behind I had to pay them for two hours to sit there while I was trying to resolve the problem.william E.
Took us an hour and a half to get into the truck. No one in the store could help us and they weren't even going to try. Had to call uhaul for help. It was the worst experience I've had with a moving truck company. Uhaul reps were niceSeth B.
When turnjng in the truck via the app, it kept telling me that I had no contract. I called the uhaul number and waited almost an hour to talk to someone. I finally got in touch with someone and explained my situation. While filling up the truck for return I was finally able to get everything sorted out and turn the truck back in. The app is very difficult to navigate and not user friendly.thomas W.
They never gave me paper work saying my Uhaul was turned in. The guys were very confused about what to do for a return on my Uhaul. I had Uhaul contact me in my e mail saying my Uhaul was never returned! I am so very upset that Dec 2 when I contacted them for the lost Uhaul they said well your supposed to call us and tell us when its returned. I was never told this ever! The Uhaul was returned clean, full tank of gas, and perfect condition. I was very upset the Uhaul lady for missing Uhauls was very rude over the phone. I gave her respect and the true honest truth of my return of my Uhaul. Why did it take 2 months to find the truck? Someone did not do their job! I use Uhaul at least every 3 to 5 years or more and never had this problem ever! From California to Georgia! I would have expected they could call me and say they were sorry about the inconvenience of the guy not doing his job and them to tell me they infact did find the truck. But no call just this e mail I would just like to know why I never got a return call and if I should use a different company next time for my moving experience. The owner told me to make my reservation online. I did, and when I went to pick it up, he had no knowledge of the reservation. Not sure if this is on him or on Uhaul logistics. Regarding clean equipment, the trailer was sitting in a mudhole, and the tire was covered in mud.Leslie H.
The gentleman running the establishment was very polite and helpful as he could be. His establishment was so busy he was unable to help us in a reasonable amount of time. He need another employee to help handle all of the people coming in.MATT V.

I was totally misinformed about everything it was my first time renting a uhaul I was told that I would receive a refund once I dropped it off turns out I can't just drop it off at any location like I was told. Luckily they still let me drop it off there,but I didn't get a refund on my deposit like I was told. They said I wasn't even charged enough but the lady in Camden Tn took care of everything and helped out a lot . I don't recommend the Knoxville location off Kimberlin heights ! Go elsewhereBerkley L.

It's impossible for one person to hook up any of the trailers with the tongue on the ground. I had to get help from a couple of customers in the store to lift the trailer while I backed under it. There should be jacks on the trailers to be able to hook up and drop off. I had to use the jack for my truck to lift the trailer off the ball. I would think you would worry about someone injuring themselves trying to pick up the trailer. The U haul associates were very friendly and polite at the Gap Creek location. I dropped off on Sunday so no one was there at that time. Thank youtammy T.

I had a car hauler reserves at a more convenient location, but it wasn't returned by the renter so I had to go out of the way, and I mean out of the way into the sticks, to get the hauler.Terry B.
The people were nice, but the equipment was stuck in the mud and I had to rent a bigger truck than what I wanted. Also, they couldn't print a paper receipt.James M.
I had no issues with my recent U-Haul truck rental. Very friendly and helpful experience from the staff at the Gap Creek Market U-Haul location. I will definitely be using this U-Haul location in the future if the need comes.ANTIKAINEN J.
uhaul said the drop off point was the closet in Knoxville. there was one three blocks where I was at but I had to drive 20 mile to drop it off.Frank L.
The agent was nice and customer focused, but he had trouble with the computer system and it took too long to check in. He also did not know how to secure a car to a tow dolly. I had to show him. The tow dolly was in poor condition. The wrenching mechanism was difficult and I had to tape a tail light in place. The screws were gone.Harry H.
