THE DOLLY WE RENTED DID NOT HAVE RUBBER ON THE WHEELS- PRETTY MUCH USELESS

nyssa cThe furniture dolly and furniture pads were not included with my purchase and made moving a 5-piece queen bedroom set much more difficult. The refund process wasn’t hard for those items, but moving without those items was. The mobile check in process was extremely complicated, and I wasn’t informed that I would need a passport, lease, or employer contact information. The app was also very confusing on what information was needed from whom, as I was checking in but was not the driver. When we finally got checked in, the keys were not where the app said they would be. They were in a lockbox by the door of the business, when it was said they’d be on the back of the truck, which was completely unlocked. Next time, I’ll go to a main uhaul location and will avoid mobile pickup if I can.
Mary SWe were given the truck literally empty of gas. The location was difficult to find because uhaul didn’t tell me the name of the business giving me the truck.
