Your truck was a piece of junk and should not have been rented out. Upon arrival to my destination, the truckbox leaked and my belongings were wet and a bookcase was damaged and ruined and we had to open multiple boxes and wash the clothes, buy new boxes and returned to our new storage space. Very disappointed for the time to do the claim when I sent the pictures in and I should not have to go thru all the hassle and paperwork that will probably get me much of nothing in reimbursement. The truck had been repaired extensively and should never have been rented. Unfortunately, I'm the victim with the hassle and I'm contemplating whether to continue with the claim. From the pictures I sent to Shannon Ellard, the field rep for Uhaul in Knoxville Tennessee, whom was a great and helpful person, should be able to figure out the compensation for something that will probably pay out a couple hundred dollars at most. The value of the bookcase around $75 and new boxes and time to wash clothes and buy new boxes and repack. Otherwise not sure it's worth my my time to continue with the claim.
