The Auto Transport is a great product. Good job with the innovative trailer jack, wheel straps, ramps, smooth braking, great handling, and all of the little things (led lights, drop fender) that make it a pleasure to use.

We scheduled auto transport weeks in advance. 2 days before a trip we were notified we had to go to this other dealer for the rental. Under a time restriction so not convenient to go further out to get the transport. This dealer is located very close to a busy highway. Very dangerous to load near the road with the limited space. Also asked if we could inspect transport prior to leaving. We were told, "Go ahead we already inspected it ". Good thing we asked,to inspect it, the tire strap that holds the tire was frayed had to be changed out before loading our vehicle. U-haul needs a better location.

Don't reserve the same trailer for two different people. I reserved a trailer with my credit card. I received an email informing me to pick up my trailer at 10:00 AM. I arrived at the specified time. Another customer was leaving with the trailer that i had reserved. I had to drive to a different location in a different city to pick up a trailer.

1) I couldn’t get the 6’x12’ trailer I reserved online, but no one told me that until I was there to pick it up. 2) The trailer was so close to a busy highway that we had to pull out in the road to backup to the trailer to put it on the hitch. 3) Once connected, the lights on the trailer did not work. 4) The woman “helping” me with all the paperwork never mentioned they didn’t have the 6’x12’ that I originally requested, and she was extremely rude and unhelpful. 5) I will NEVER rent a uHaul from CarWorks of Knoxville EVER again! I tried to rent from Eddie Hair in Oak Ridge, and Eddie Hair is who sent us to CarWorks. I will never do business with either place again due to the horrible experience.
