Reserved at amity store then was told p.u on warm springs that is 5 miles further than the 20 I had already drove. I had them transfer to Meridian road which was 5 miles from where I live. Your guarantee is not worth the paper it is written on. It is a problem with corporate not with the individual locations.

Your App is very difficult to deal with. I have used the App several times. It keeps saying I do not have a reservation when I clearly do have a reservation. I have to call the customer service number and wait on the line for 30 + minutes to have them say I need to log on and say I don't have an account. Why does this still happen?

Just had to use the app to return the truck but that's a hassle.

Nothing to improve this location by far exceeded any other Uhaul location. I have rented from in the past and there have been many to compare to. They were extremely efficient on intake and return very impressive!

The appliance dolly was not in the truck, which the owner warned me of, and I left without it. I did not make sure it was there. I drove the truck back to get it. Otherwise they rock.
Very helpful lining up a unit for me to rent. She checked records to confirm my name was registered to rent the unit days before my pick up date.
