Wish I had the moving pads that I requested but none were available.

The day I had it reserved.I went to go pick it up .The person said I didn't.I showed the person my confirmation number and time supposed to get it.I was supposed to had it until Sunday .The person there tried to help me best he could I had to bring the truck back that night.But supposed to had until next day.I was charged a late fee .I was supposed to return by 8 pm.Didn't get it back until 9:30 pm.I think I should got A discount and shouldn't been charged a late.Didn't get like I supposed too.It was a night mare.I will never do it again.This also happened to some other people.Someone there could been a glitch in the system.

The lock box with combination to get the key out was too dang hard to use. I could not do it myself. It needed oiled or something where the side clip was.

Guy did not hook trailer to my vehicle right didn't screw down enough to keep it from jumping up and down also he was too high on something to realize what he was doing I called and to him about it he was very rude and said he own all of the uhaul's so he didn't know who else I come communicate with over charged my card I needs for someone to contact me please!

When I arrived at the time indicated in my online check-in email, no one was at the location. The mobile checkout in the UHaul app did not look like the "how-to" video sent to me by UHaul rep. When a person arrived at the location about 20 min past my pickup window, he realized he had not checked in the truck I was to rent, so it wasn't showing as available in the app. The man was helpful, but unorganized. However, he was not wearing a mask.

It was very difficult getting the rental completed because the computers wasn't working right . About an hour wait time and had to cancel my reservation and go through the whole process again . They was very polite to me but honestly it was pretty frustrating that it took so long , he tried calling his customer rep at least twice to help get things straightened out and they wouldn't answer . I ended up calling U-haul customer service from my phone and was on hold about 10 -15 minutes before I spoke to anyone , at that point the computer finally started working .

This wasnt the location that I wanted. It cost me extra miles. The appliance dolly wasnt in there. We had to go to Buckner to pick it up. I demanded those miles be comped, they only gave me 5 miles comped. It should have been 10 miles.
