Business was closed upon arrival. I had to wait 25 minutes for him to arrive. Then upon return, no one was there and there was no drop box. Truck smelled like a dog. Definitely would NOT recommend this location.

I ordered my U-Haul weeks in advance, but was stop made to pick up about an hour away from my hometown. You should consider inconveniencing U-Haul and have them drive to the customer rather than inconveniencing the customer and making them drive to you.

AUSTIN AOnly dropped off the Uhaul so did not go into facility. Lots of cars there like a used car sales lot or mechanic.
