LaGrange was stop #3 for our UHaul. The renter did not return their van to Burr Ridge, so we were sent to Bolingbrook,so perhaps a text to the renter reminding them to get the van back! Location #2 Bolingbrook, Schmidt rd. We arrive at 9:00am; sign on door-opens at 9:00; no one is at the location, and person decides to open at 10:30am! Location #3, get a van, but I am a deacon and had graveside service, leaving my wife and neice to load the van.

Consider the fact that your users are not U-Haul employees and likely have little interest in doing your job for you for free while also paying for the service.
