Let customers know that the after hours drop box may be locked and that they'll have to return key when store is open OR have the box unlocked so anyone can return key after hours and not have to come back. And the online drop off was still difficult to use.

Do not charge the customer for 2 extra days because you're closed when the equipment is due. Even when the equipment is returned on time.

gregory P.The keys got locked in your truck before I was ever able to leave the pickup location. I had started the vehicle and pulled up to load the storage bins from my personal vehicle into the back of your truck. The door was slightly open and the wind blew it shut. This locked the keys inside. The guys at Frontier feed were very nice. They called customer service and were told that I would have to wait for someone to come unlock it. They asked if I could just switch my rental to a pull behind trailer and they said I could do a separate reservation for that but would have to pay for both rentals…. I was never able to leave!??? So I had to wait for almost an hr to get a service rep there. He was also nice. The fact that I as a customer was treated so poorly by your customer service makes me never want to use y'all again. I run a non profit that provides furniture and other needed items to foster and adoptive kids as well as families who have cps cases. We were moving our two storage units that day into our foster closets new home. Because of the delay of getting the trailer we were put behind and lost some of our help early. Please treat the next customers better than you did us. Again frontier feed employees were very helpful your rep was not
