U-Haul directed us to this location , it was 30 kilometres away from where we were moving to and it was also closed for the long weekend and doesn't have a key drop box. The people at Van Isle were and I would still be trying to return the truck if it weren't for them, they were great but I had issues with every step of returning the truck with the U-Haul App and then the U-Haul website and when I called U-Haul for support. I was overcharged, for my rental and CDW and mileage. Fortunately the staff at Van Isle were amazing and so helpful in correcting the over charges and troubleshooting the issues with U-Haul. I can't say enough good things about the Team. at Van Isle in Ladysmith. Ultimately we were charged for exceeding our mileage which had the locations U-Haul selected for pick up and drop off, an additional 50km total, been more reasonable, wouldn't have incurred.
