The trailer dimensions are not accurate. The entry into trailer is very narrow. Could not accommodate my cargo. I immediately returned within the hour and was not able to get any credit on a 24 hour rental.

You need to have more trucks brought in to this area. With all the hurricanes everyone is moving out one way and there is a major shortage of trucks, it makes it look like you don't want to meet the customers needs. Came from Texas where most locations have 10 to 20 trucks. The people of Louisiana sure need the trucks and help.

The online took over an hour, not downloading well, watched the employee scared to take key from returning customer, had to take pics of scratches before start, ran out of room for pics of all nics on vehicle!

The young lady at the shop deserves 5 stars. She was super friendly & went out of her way to help me. The equipment deserves 1 star. The auto transport trailer lights didn't qork properly. Had to replace plug assembly. The ratchets for the tire straps were completely rusted together. Took both of us to free them up & lubricate them. Still didnt work great. All of this took valuable time i didn't have. Will figure out another option next time.

Just wondering why your trucks arent kept full of gas. It's hard to guess $ amount to replaced what you use.. not being familiar with how much it burns.

The door on the cargo trailer I used was extremely hard to open then I couldn't get it to shut back had to leave it open to move my furniture. Which delayed my move because of the rain.
