The counter staff check-in person inside was rude when I returned the vehicle. The person I met when picking up the truck was wonderful. (Different Person) Door hinges on truck needed greasing in a bad way. So loud I thought the hinges would break.

Really good experience. The only thing that was even slightly difficult was just getting out of your space or the flow through at return. Leaving was awesome ...vehicle was waiting for me to go. Return was a little tricky. Prolly time of day many people returned.

Totally unprofessional the attendant was rude carrying on a conversation about things not related to work with a coworker and then being rude like I'm doing you a favor by letting you be my costumer I will never go there again and I will tell my friends and family to go else where. These are the kind of people that make a business fail make some changes there plenty of good people looking for work
