I was first told that my pickup location had changed because the vehicle I wanted was not available at my preferred location even though one was present there. I was told it had not been checked it, so couldn't be rented. I suppose the website showed me that my chosen pickup location had changed, but it didn't jump out at me. The staff finally arranged for me to rent the vehicle without my having to go elsewhere, for which I was gratefulDAVID W.

Truck was very dirty inside; wasn't comfortable even being in it because you could see how dirty it was on steering wheel, seats, and console was absolutely filthy (spilled dry sticky liquid stains, crumbs, etc.). When we went to receive the truck, there was a homeless person sleeping in the back which was quite startling. We notified the person on duty and requested another truck. Perhaps that's why it was dirty; it was not scheduled for use. The crew were awesome in spite of everything else.Yvette A.

I wouldn't recommend Uhaul to anyone. I reserved my uhaul 2 months in advance because of knowing that it could be hard to get a uhaul truck. I got a call 2 days before my move saying that there were no uhauls available and I had to drive 100 miles to another town and back to pick up the truck and uhaul did nothing except give me an extra 100 miles which I didn't even use the first amount they gave me so they were worthless and they gave me an extra day which I also didn't use because I turned the truck in 3 days earlier then I was supposed to. I also got nothing for retuning the truck early which helps them out because of the shortage on trucks. They gave me nothing for the inconvenience. I was moving across states and had no choice but to go pick up the truck. I will say that the gal that called and told me there weren't any truck available in town was very nice on the phone.Rachel M.

Dated facility, but the entire transaction was conducted online, via phone, in the parking lot. Great customer service; she took the time to explain the auto transport connection process to me. Might want to provide a suggestion to driver's that need to go South on Wadsworth due to "no left turn" possible.Ron S.
I was told in Tulsa that the return was at any Uhaul location. When I returned the truck, I was told "the manger at another uhaul location in Denver wanted my truck-trailer" and they could not accept it for return. I drove it 8-10 miles to that other store. They asked "was I informed of this recent change?" Answer: NOBRUCE G.
All the staff was very friendly and eager to help the drop off was a breeze and the guy running that was awesome. Moving is very stressful but they made it a breeze picking up and dropping the uhaul.. so thank you very muchJesse P.

This was the best experience I've ever had with Uhaul. The staff was professional and efficient. I was in & out in 10 minutes. It usually takes an hour just to get the paperwork done. When I returned the truck I was treated as soon as I arrived. I will certainly use this location again.Holly H.

Fix your reservation process, I HATE HATE HATE uhaul because it's ALWAYS a problem to rent. They never have what I need and if I make a reservation for the truck they ALWAYS make me and their other customers go out of our way (in my case 10 hr drive) to get the equipment I reserved. They are the ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY for our of state Moves. On top of all that there is no escalation process you can never speak with anyone above management. They are such a bad company they withhold that information. They should be on Undercover bosses.Nick M.
