I had reservations for a 15" truck and the guy didn't tell me he changed it to a 20' truck and charged me for the 20'. He never said anything to me about the change.

the guy tryed to rush me away when i arrived. then i waited for him to inspect the truck but he waived me away and said he had it. i asked for my paperwork back and he said he keeps it and he had it and to leave. then he must have read the gas meter wrong. charged me extra. cant wait to talk to customer service

If you are not going to open prior to the reservation time don't expect customers to be back exactly at their end of reservation when you took time away because of your lack of professionalism and readiness to take on business.
