Unfortunately, when I called U-Haul and told them what I needed, the representative from U-Haul told me the trailer I was renting would be able to tow the truck that I have, this is not the case, the trailer was at least 2 feet short, I had to immediately bring the truck and trailer back after putting 20 gallons of gas in it, I did explain that to the woman where I pick the vehicle up, I did not blame them because they did not make the reservations, the reservations were made at another U-Haul location, I would appreciate if I could get a refund my money, I'm asking you to please look into this matter and consider giving me a refund.
