Very nice overall.
carol gThis was probably the worst UHaul experience I've had after several years renting. 1. The truck I reserved was not available last minute and, I had to rebook and stay an extra day in another city: this meant additional hotel money. 2. The ONLY truck available was smaller than I needed, which means I could not finish the job and will have to re-do it. 3. Uhaul requested I deliver the truck VERY FAR AWAY from my property, requiring me to spend an extra 40 dollars on UBER to return to my house. 4. The place UBER requested was closed during business hours and required me to drive further away to a THIRD UHAUL Location. 5. I had to wait there to process the returns, otherwise I would have been penalized on the return instead of receiving a discount for all the hassle. Terrible experience over all. Thank you UHaul, you easily cost me 200-300 dollars beyond budget due to the overall poor service.
