Parking area is very crowded and made drop off difficult. My return was not immediately processed as I was told to leave the key and I would receive an email. The next day I was contacted inquiring if I had returned the rentals. My return was not processed until the drop off location was contacted by the company.

Parking lot very crowded. I dropped off rentals and was told to leave the key and I would get an email. The next day I received correspondence from the company inquiring if I had returned the rentals. It wasn't until the company reached out to the drop off location that my return was processed.
BRIAN WThe worst customer service i have ever received. The service center provided absolutely zero help with moving the trailer or hooking it up. Thank goodness I had my son with me to do that i could have never done that myself. We were treated very poorly in my opinion.
KELLIANNE NIt’s a really good thing we knew how to backup with a trailer attached. Leaving the lot and returning to the lot was very difficult….lot was all junked up with vehicles. Made it virtually impossible to get the trailer out and in. We will never use this lot again.
