I asked the only staff member there where to put the trailer and he didn’t speak English but seemed to indicate they do not rent out U-Hauls, despite there being a big sign on the side of the building saying they do. I found a back lot where a bunch of other trailers were parked so I drove over to it, got my vehicle stuck in the muddy river that was their lot and unhitched the trailer by myself while sliding around in the mud. All while the employee watched from the doorway. I managed to unhook it by myself and free my vehicle by myself and finished the drop off through Uhaul’s web portal myself. Needless to say, I was furious with the process.

Just get the right furniture dolly or ask what kind of dolly we need don't just assume we need a small verses a furnitures one

This location was fine the but the four other locations I was sent to that said they had a reservation for me were awful! I was bounced around by corporate that said they had reservations for me at multiple locations each time I went to one and they didn’t have it, I had to call and get another location to reserve one for me. It was an awful experience and I will never use U-Haul again!
