It was very difficult to gain the access required to get the keys to the truck using the 24/7 feature. While I understand the security measures in place, the process was very time consuming - it took us over 30 minutes to get access to the keys using the 24/7 pick up. I will not recommend this feature. Truck was very clean and location was convenient.

Staff was very helpful. The person on the phone was particularly helpful as I changed our plans and drop off location from the original set up.

David S.This is not a UHaul facility. The mechanic at the facility was courteous and tried to help us with some questions but he was not a UHaul employee. Had to do an online check-in even though this was during business hours. Would have preferred to pick up the truck at a UHaul facility. There was one only a couple miles from here.
