They first refused to accept the trailer even though this was the site identified t as the drop off point. They said they were full and could not accept the drop off. After a few words they looked around and found a place to put it. I will not use this site again.

I got an email confirmation for a 10' truck, called to confirm and was assured a 10' truck. I was given a 20' truck, and the guy said he would only charge me for the 10' truck, while the entire time he had written the quote up for a 20' truck. He had one on premise but said it for someone else, drove by that evening and that truck was still there.

Get gps locator on trucks to know when they are checked out and returned. Make sure no trucks are rented unless clean and inspected.
directions and maybe landmarks on how to find the location since there are 2 business side by side and i thought they were 2 in 1 service.

I reserved this trailer online to be picked up at a different location that is much closer to my house and when I arrived at the scheduled time it was not there. I called the 800 number and was asked to wait about 30 minutes and it would be there. I waited 45 minutes and called back only to find out that it wasn't going to be there and then had to drive 12 miles round trip out of my way to get it. I ended up getting the trailer almost 2 hours after my scheduled time (ridiculous). Also I find it to be crazy that I can rent a truck from you for less than I paid for the trailer for a local move. The people at the location I picked it up were amazing but I will not be using Uhaul again.
