When I went to return the trailer on Sunday , The employee that was there moving all the dropped off trailers parked his car in the middle of the entrance so it was near impossible to enter to drop mine off. I found it extremely rude of him to park where he did on not even bother to move- luckily I had someone else with me who had to hold the gate ope for me to go around his parked car.

The young man hooked up the trailer wrong. He made two serious mistakes that could have gotten me pulled over and ticketed! It was unorganized and I had to make several trips into the office.

I was not expecting to get a pick up truck, but I was able to come in without an appointment and rent one, wow!

I had to use the app for checkout since I didn’t have good WiFi there It took me about an hour and half to get the truck checked out and I hope I’m not charged for cleaning it because it was dirty apparently from a move before with dirt inside cab and bed. It was functional and that is what I needed. Took four try’s to get it checheked out and two for check in. I was almost finished and had to start over for some reason

The truck that we drove felt like the whole thing was going to fall apart. The dashboard made so much noise from rattling. The ride was very bumpy and felt like the fires needed to be balanced. THis was the worst experience that we have ever had renting a truck from U-haul and other truck rentals. Our good friend also had a negative experience from American Stone/Uhaul when she moved from Utah to Canada. Her car was not loaded onto the car trailer correctly and the employee that was helping her did not close the back of the truck and due to a knee injury she could not climb up to close the back while onthe side of a busy road. American Stone and U-haul have lost my business.

UHaul employee dented and scratched the tailgate of my car when trying to connect trailer to hitch. Employees at the office were not all that helpful in helping me to get the damage resolved.

3x more expensive than I was told initially. The truck didn't specify deseil or gasoline and so I was charged 20 bucks for gas since I didn't want to fill it up with the wrong choice.

When I arrived on site this location was closed but I knew this location was a 24 hour drop off. I looked at my paperwork and found there is an app to drop off my trailer. It only took me 5 minutes from the time I downloaded my app and successfully turned it my trailer. This app is freaking AWESOME. Very simple and easy. Kudos U-Haul!

This is for the location only although they were great U-Haul themselves were horrible I would never recommend U-Haul to anyone my experience was terrible at best the only and I mean only good part was the location which are not employees of U-Haul. Thanks to the U-Haul company themselves ( not the location) my move took 4 and a half hours longer and an extra trip these guy would go out of business if it wasn’t for the locations bailing U-Haul out. Very irritated.

My only complaint was that nobody called me after I made the reservation. So we drove to the location in Draper that was listed on my confirmation email. Turns out that Uhaul location was no longer in business. So then we called back to the Uhaul reservation number and was informed that the reservation was at a location in Lehi (several miles away). We had to get back on the freeway and drive in the opposite direction. In the meantime the reservation department was still talking on our cell phone and the said that they needed to transfer the call to the scheduling department. We were on hold for several minutes while we were driving toward the Lehi store, bot no body answered the line. We finally hung up and called back to reservations. This mess up caused us a lot of time and gas. We are very dissapointed with Uhaul reservation!!!
