The truck was damaged when we picked it up as well as already having a crack in the windshield. Also the truck was not where we were told it would be.
Trevor W.The truck functioned and ran well. The only complaint was that the back of the truck smelled like cat urine despite leaving it open for nearly an hour.
Jeremy S.The location was decent. However. Uhaul was crap. The door to the truck was standing wide open when I got there. The whole truck (except cab) reeked of cat pee. They charged me for equipment that wasn't in the truck at all. The pickup process was a joke. Took me an hour and a half of resubmitting my license over and over and over just to have to go back and do a different step I had already done. Absolutely will not rent from uhaul again. At this point I'll buy my own truck before I do that crap again. (Still to this date haven't received a refund for the equipment that wasn't there)
