The interior of the cabin was acceptable, but not really super clean. The cupholders were grimey, dirt in grooves of seats, dashboard, etc. Could use a good detailing...Jarad D.

The first Uhaul we were meant to get was a total lemon. Wouldn't even start for the employee. Fortunately there was another one there that they gave to us. But this process got us behind on our moving schedule by a half hour. It was also nice of them to give me a discount for my trouble, but Uhaul should, at the very minimum, make sure their trucks actually run. If there hadn't been a spare we might've had to reschedule the entire move. The employee helping us was very nice and easy to work with. I just think Uhaul should take better care of their trucks.Jennifer D.

The operator was very helpful explaining everything. I had filled out a lot of the paperwork before arriving. The web site was NOT clear on being able to drop off in Bardstown, which was where we were moving furniture. However, the operator told us we didn't have to bring the truck back to Lexington. He was very helpful. The web site was not clear on this point.Leslie S.

I was not able to follow the instructions for the return. When I tried to get it to show where I was returning the truck it would say it didn't recognize my location. I checked my settings and it was turned on. Not sure what happened. I locked the vehicle and deposited the keys in the drop box.LISA M.

Berkshire employee seemed â€œaggravatedâ€ that he had to enter the agreement on his computer instead of me doing it myself online. I had to keep the truck an extra day so I returned it this morning (6/25) . My daughter had to meet me there to give me ride back home and I was completely stressed trying to get it turned in online. My cellphone battery died, we called owner at Berkshire. Again he seemed aggravated . It was 9:45 am when I called and he said he didn't open until 10 am. I couldn't wait because my daughter was pressed to leave due to a Doctor appointment. He DID NOT tell me I had to be on-site in order to complete my return. I didn't find out until I made numerous calls to U Haul. I spent a total of about 35 minutes trying to reach a resolution. The UHaul location was very convenient for me but I would probably go to another location when I should need to rent another truck. Thank you.judy A.
The web link did not work for truck return. Photos did not upload. I called customer service. The rep asked which browser I was using, and then told me that they didn't support google? Seriously? He proceeded to tell me to go to my Samsung folder and download a different browser. I cannot understand how your system doesn't support Google when it is the most commonly used. I had to have a friend with an Apple phone come to complete the return. This wasted valuable time. Moreover, customer service was not able/willing to assist.NICOLE G.
