Location wouldn't reserve the truck for 2 days upon my request but told me to keep it and be charged accordingly. I would have liked to know the full cost of the rental up front though and completed my reservation as desired.ROBERT H.
I couldn't complete the equipment condition checklist online when I picked up the vehicle. I tried to upload a photo of existing damage to the passenger side lower panel to the cargo deck and it wouldn't upload. It the crashed. Maybe, a physical inspection with the Uhaul agent processing the handover could be a useful backup?Michael O.
The person at the counter was not helpful at all. I could not return my vehicle when I showed up at the time I had been told (8 am). Upon coming back later as instructed (9 am) I was then told that I had not returned the vehicle properly and would be charged an additional $20 fee for not dropping it off during business hours. To be charged a fee when I dropped it off the night prior when they were not open and then I show up when they do and get charged a fee for having left the vehicle there is the most insane thing I have ever encountered. In addition this location had to be the most unclean and unsanitary location to walk into that I have ever encountered. After this experience I simply cannot recommend that anyone use U-Haul for their moving needs if this is the kind of service I can expect in the future. I know I will certainly look elsewhere for my moving needs in the future.TIMOTHY JAMES S.

This location needs to improve their customer service. First they did not have the truck that I had reserved, I had to wait 30 minutes for the truck to arrive, which inconvenienced my time. Secondly they charged my account before they knew if they had the truck for the reservation. Since they didn't have the truck, and I had to wait an additional thirty minutes, she never explained that my money would be refunded. When I came back to get truck after thirty minutes then she told me and asked to charge me again. My account was charged twice and the first charge had not been refunded. Third they did not document the gas correctly, it was under what they put on the paper. Lastly there was a cigarette left in the truck. I'm not sure if I was getting this treatment because of my race but I didn't feel welcome and the service was horrible.Janelle C.

Never a problem with UHaul in past business dealings, BUT this time was a complete mess!! Originally made reservation for pickup in Cincy, with drop off in Lex., KY but unfortunately reservation was set up for pick up and drop off in Cincy (WRONG). Second, when called to correct, told to call another number for re-scheduling, third - received text stating that truck not available for requested date so I had to go to another location in Cincy to pick up truck but was told rate would drop to 170 due having to go to another location, ok. Fourth, upon pick up in Cincy - told no locations would be open for drop off in Lex, KY. Given two phone numbers to call to report when truck was dropped off. Dropped pff truck on SAME DAY, no idea where drop key box located, key was placed in locked mailbox next door to other PARKED UHAUL trucks. Called one of two numbers, spoke with Brittany to inform her truck dropped off, was told to leave key in drop box, office closed on weekend, they will check truck in on Monday morning. Monday morning I receive call that key had not been located, told where key was placed and requested call back. Never got the call so I called back to see if key was located, confirmed key was found. THIS ENTIRE PROCESS (RENTAL) WAS A COMPLETE MESS FROM BEGINNING TO END!! Very disappointed and unsatisfied, will NEVER rent from UHAUL again, and know that I will share my experience with EVERYONE I know. Your company needs some competition because YOU SUCK!!Mary T.

This location is poor. The lady when I returned the equipment didn't look up to talk to me. I got a 20.00 charge for turning in late that was never discussed at rental. I will most likely not use uhaul ever again which is a huge part of my companyBELINDA B.
What I disliked is that your not informed about uploading pictures of the gas gage and mileage ahead of time. Also the app doesn't allow you to upload a picture you already took. You have to take it in the app at the present time. I was screwed out my money for extra fees cuz I could not upload a picture I already took. Reason being is I already dropped the key in the security box and locked the truck up and then found out I had to do all this for after hours turn in even though the sign on metro towing said open and they weren't.Gary N.

The guys at the shop seemed uninterested. Their Internet suddenly stopped working when I showed up to check out the truck. I ended up having to spend 20 minutes checking out the truck on my phone, and had to walk a block over then back after taking pictures. Something that should have taken 5 minutes took 30. Honestly if the guys at the shop gave a crap, it would've been an ok experience but I wasn't so lucky.Matthew J.
