My questions are: Why is the total of the rental price online different from the price at the dealer? Why do I have to purchase insurance when my automobile insurance covers it? I like renting from U-Haul for my needs, but all the nitpicky, additional charges really irritates me. Just give me one price.

CORINNE JMy husband always took care of this kind of thing, but since he has passed away, it has fallen on me. I was unsure of what to do and very worried. When I went to the place where I rented the U-Haul in Lexington, Nebraska, I was totally and thankfully relieved. They took care of everything and reassured me every step of the way! Such nice people and an awesome experience! I would highly recommend them!
