You drop off Location was wrong. I never received notice for the new location. You send me a text message for every situation except for changing the drop off location. The drop-off location was very difficult to find. I called the phone number several times to get a human to tell me where to drop off the trailer. I had to call Customer Service two times to figure out where and how to drop off the trailer. I ended up, dropping it off on my own on, hitching it myself and leaving it without talking to anybody. Worst experience I've ever had with U-Haul and I wish I had another option in the future.

Basically a little hard to locate, however, they will have a new location soon, so it will not be a problem. The attendant was most helpful and courteous in helping us pick up truck, and understand how everything works.

elizabeth bBecause the pick up is at a gym, it’s a little confusing on who and where you speak to about picking up. The lady that handled my transaction spoke really quietly so I had to continually ask her to repeat herself. It’s a gym so it’s kind of loud environment, which means she is gonna need to speak louder when she talks to the customers. The instructions she gave me were a little limited, and I felt like I had to figure out a lot of things myself. The truck itself was fine, the way it drove, etc. When I had reserved the truck online, I had requested two dollies and 12 of the moving blankets but I was given one dolly and five blankets.
