We had an apt to pick up the truck and the person was out sick and the lady that was there didn't know how to help up. We tried using the online checking and we had difficulty so had to call for help. The online customer service person was very helpful. When we found the truck we almost couldn't get it out of the parking lot since they didn't remove the snow around it even though they had plowed other areas.

The young male attendant at the desk sat playing with his computer and did not even go outside and check the condition of the 5 X 8 that was in the same condition as it was when picked up near Andover. KS. I was told that he emailed a return receipt to me. He then told me to take and park the trailer on their south lot with their other U-HAUL trailers. He never moved from his chair----------more great service!!!!
