Getting the UHaul overall was exhaustive. Booking online was very imperfect as we move from one location to another who says they cannot see our reservation. The charge was on a high side as I was charged for two hours just because of system imperfections while trying to check out. This made the final check out a little over an hour while I actually returned the car under one hour.

The location is a grocery store. We did not have equipment in truck that was reserved so they could not fix problem. Had to go to 1930 Fletcher Avenue 6 miles away to fix problem. The inventory #s on equipment did not match what is in computer so they were extremely disgruntled and did not want to give us anything. Over 1 & 1/2 hours later finally got a dollies. Link i was sent in text message to approve equipment did not match truck we received. I called support number and they would NOT help me at all. I finally just gave up and packed and moved with equipment we had, luckily we got to destination and unpacked with no problems. Movers hired were wonderful. When we returned truck equipment didn't match computer again and they acted as if it was my fault. I was NOT going to waste hours of my time, so I left equipment with them in better condition then we received and told him it was his problem.

Greg AlbertusIt's a grocery store and none of the employees know how to work any of the Uhaul side of the business. They charged me rates that were not in line with what the online reservation said, and when I dropped off the truck and tried to get a printed receipt, they claimed that they didn't know how to do this. I was worried that I would be improperly charged and wanted to make sure that I wasn't. Nobody could help me. Hours later, I got an emailed receipt that showed that I was, in fact, improperly charged. This is an ongoing problem with Uhaul. Unless the place is specifically designed around running a Uhaul business, the service will suffer. If the service is run out of a grocery store called Meat & Beer, it will probably be terrible... and it was.
Matthew GeeI returned it at 7:30 the same day I rented it. You charged me for an extra day. I have pictures of when I returned it and I have a receipt for the gas. Please refund the unwarranted extra charges!!!
