I arrived at my scheduled location and they did not have my reservation. They didn’t call Uhaul and sent me down the road to another location who also didn’t have my reservation. The second location had me call Uhaul and sent me 15 minutes away to finally find my truck. The truck itself was not in good shape, dirty, and the transmission wasn’t shifting correctly causing a very bumpy drive. I will not be using these services again.

Le MThe location and equipment was just fine, but the app was buggy as hell. It would not let me select NO that the dolly was not in the trailer like it was supposed to be and also continue check in. If I selected NO the Continue button would just grey itself out and I had no one/counter/rep to talk to for getting help. I requested a callback, it said I would get a call in 3 minutes and I never received a call. I tried live chat and I would just get a page reload and then "This page does not exist" I need to get a refund for the dolly I paid for because it was not included.
