He didn't know what he was doing. Took him for ever to get everything to go through. Was there for an hour just waiting to be able to get out of there.

The cab of the truck smelled so bad of cigarettes that I had to drive with the window cracked and even then my clothes smelled like smoke. Gross. Also not impressed that I had to drive and hour and a half to pickup my rental. The ladies who assigned my truck were THE WORST customer service agents I have dealt with in the last five years. They were rude and the first time I called I got hung up on. What a great experience working with U-Haul. I will look at other options next time.

Slow, and the truck was old and loud and we had to stop and buy new wiper blades, as they were bad, and this made our trip longer when we had to stop prematurely for the night because we couldn't see due to the bad wipers. Window handle fell off. Radiator light came on.

There was nearly a foot off snow with nowhere to park. I got lucky that a person doing the alley behind cleared a spot big enough to park. I then had to fight through the snow to drop off the key. My feet were soaking wet by the time I made it through all the snow.
