Clerk/owner did not understand that I had already checked in and just needed keys, was going through trying to verify all the items I already did and wasted my time.
Sue CThe people who own this location don't understand English enough to be efficient and helpful. I turned the equipment in 22 hours early and they were going to charge me for being 3 hours late. I'll go to the next closest place to get equipment next time, which is 30 miles away. If you want to improve customer service in our community you need to find someone else to be a representative for your business or turn it into a corporate location.

JAMES JDrop off box was not clearly mark to do a drop for keys and the place said they where open till 9 pm and no one was there. I have never had this issue with another uhaul equipment before
