The location and owner are !! The only issue is your online reservations system and the app. Very clunky, slow and doesn't work, thank goodness the location was able to assist or I wouldn't have been able to complete rental. It keeps you in a loop and doesn't update (when I tried cancelling the 2:15p reservation it just never did it after clicking 10+ times) and then doesn't allow checkin for new 3:15p reservation probably due to non-cancelling 2:15p reservation.

We were originally scheduled to pick up in Liberty, but when we got there on the pickup day, they had no truck. We then luckily were able to locate a truck at the Livingston Manor location, and the gentleman there was extremely helpful. I would expect the courtesy of being alerted to having to change locations.
Eileen BSo I did have problems with the online registration but I was helped by Brian at the location. The big problem was the vehicle had a dead battery. But once again your agent stepped in and gave me a jump and got me on the road.
