We had a terrible experience with the phone check in. The employee was not able to help us, since we chose to check-in online. We were on hold for more than 30 min with Uhaul before anyone answered. The communication online was just as slow.

The owner's computer or line speed was VERY slow, so the check out and check in process was slow. Rest of the service, truck, and equipment were all very clean and well maintained.

I rented a 10 foot truck and when I went to pick it up, they had upgraded me to a 15 foot truck and added an additional hundred dollars to the amount that I had agreed on when I reserved my truck. The U-Haul location had to make calls and I had to make calls to the U-Haul helpdesk, which took over one hour to solve the situation. There were so many calls back-and-forth between the U-Haul representative and his people, and myself and the helpdesk. Even when it seemed like it was solved, the computer that the U-Haul wrap was using would not bring up the right price. I wasted an hour of my day plus some trying to get the price that I originally agreed to when I made my reservation. I tried the U-Haul chat help desk, and no one ever responded. I waited for about 45 minutes for a response on that. The only help that I could get was via telephone and even that did not seem enough. It was perhaps the most frustrating situation I had encountered in quite some time, and gave me a very poor perception of you halls reservation process and their ability to correct issues that result from their reservation process not being, apparently, state of the art.

I was given a dirty truck with no gas, when I returned it to another location I had the correct amount of gas in the tank. No one inspected the truck with me there, I was charged for gas and cleaning fees. I have sent an email and have repeatedly to speak with a customer service agent disputing these charges as I do not feel that I am at fault as everything expected from me.

This is a gas station/rental location. The proprietor is always friendly and easy to work with.

There are a few issues. First had to walk around to find drop box. Didn’t know where to go. I took the U-Haul in on Saturday and no one was there. I also was charged $53.00 to my account without a call or anything. I was also told that I wouldn’t be charged for extra mileage and I was. I was told I wouldn’t be charged as long as i didn’t go 100 miles over. I was told that since I was informed with wrong information about the tolls and I had to drive 40 miles out of my way.
